He is set to star in the up coming fourth game in the series Scream, Scream 4, together with the original actress Courteney Cox and Neve Campbell.

Arquette married to actress Courteney Cox, 12 June 1999. Arquette serves as chairman of the Entertainment Council of Feeding America, the nation's largest domestic hunger-relief organization. Arquette checked into a rehabilitation clinic for treatment for "alcohol and other issues" first in January 2011, shortly after celebrating New Year's Eve.

The 39 year old stayed at the Fountainebleau Hotel and Saturday nights hanging out at LIV Nightclub and Arcadia. According to a fellow party member goer, "He was surrounded by women."
